Designed by Paul Harvey. A classic late 90s piece and second generation of the iconic presidents knit. Dual layer with padded nylon lining attached with rope system. Full zip closure. Two open slit pockets. Contrasting black striping to cuffs. Complete with a half face cover ninja style hood.

In excellent vintage condition with small signs of wear. No major flaws.
